Gala Cafe & Bakery is located in the beautiful Old Village of Mt. Pleasant. Come enjoy delicious food, decadent desserts, coffee, and much more in our cozy environment. Our Full Tea service is offered daily by reservation.

Since opening in 2014, Gala desserts has been committed to creating a unique experience for our patrons. So whether you are craving our famous chocolate mousse cake, a Chicken Cranberry Panini, a Salted Caramel Martini or a fresh flakey Fig & Manchego pastry, we are confident that you will love what you find at Gala.

In addition to our in-house offerings, Gala specializes in wedding cakes, specialty cakes, and mini desserts. Jaclyn Story, the owner and executive chef has a true passion for baking and creating works of art. One of the highlights of Jaclyn’s career is being able to meet with clients and being a part of their special day. Jaclyn takes pride in her handcrafted wedding and specialty cakes, each made special and unique to fit the wishes of the client.
